I do landscaping for seniors and Tracy’s is my go to place for mulch! Their Black fine mulch and living mulch are the best I can find here in town!

Please know that there is a $10 fuel charge for delivery in addition to the $75 delivery fee which was not disclosed. I recently purchased dirt from Tracy’s and was quoted $75.00 for delivery and $50 per yard of dirt. The total cost was $355 and based on the amount of dirt purchased I asked if the remaining ~$30 was for the taxes as this was done over the phone and I did not have an itemized amount. I was told yes the extra was only tax. Later after receiving the receipt there was a charge of $75 for delivery plus the $10 for fuel which was not mentioned over the phone. This was not mentioned at time of purchase or the other 2 other calls that happened prior when trying to get quotes. Tracy’s has not been transparent with this added cost. When I called back to discuss, I was told that I agreed to the total price at time of purchase and this was a standard cost for all deliveries. However I specifically asked what made up the cost and was not given this information. Regarding the dirt and delivery of the dirt, all went as planned.

If you're looking for a landscape company that truly cares, look no further than Tracy's Landscape! Every single person I encountered was not just friendly, but genuinely patient, which was a huge help for someone as indecisive as myself. They expertly guided me through material choices, ensuring everything was perfect for my projects! Their exceptional customer service truly shone when I needed a quick delivery of 50/50 mix. A wonderful woman on the phone helped me sort out the order and even calculated my needs. What could have been a logistical headache (five trips for a pickup!) was instantly solved by their incredible team. They came in clutch and delivered my materials within 45 minutes! Tracy's Landscape made my project so much easier, and I'm beyond thrilled with their service. They've earned a customer for life!

Came here to get a big truck load of red mulch. The employees were on top of their game. They got us in and out in no time. Highly recommend Tracy's if you are in the want for all your landscaping needs.

We ordered several landscaping materials from Tracy’s. Last Friday I ordered some gravel and I told them I needed it by Saturday. Their staff who assisted me (Ms. Robin) was very kind and helpful. She was able to schedule my delivery that afternoon with no extra charge. The delivery guy (Jorge) was very nice too and he even helped me put the tarp on the gravel even when it was raining. Great service, highly recommended!
